Weighted Hoola Hoop 2lb with Core Sliders Weight Loss Burning Fat Fitness Dance Workout Hoola Hoops for Adults

The hoop came in pieces and easy to put together. Would have been nice to have a pouch enclosed. Also disk weights were in box with no explanation how to use or attach. Not quite sure how and when to use. I would like to see additional pieces available to enlarge hoop if needed.

I haven't hula hooped since I was a little girl and had no clue how much stomach muscle was required to do it and keep it consistent. When I tell you... I started hula hooping with this one particular one here.. I feel all of the burn in my stomach area. I've been turning on my work out music and go for a song, rest and go for another song. It's well worth it.

First of all the customer service is top notch. I got my hula hoop and a week later my kid broke it. I contacted the company to see if they could del me a couple of the things to not have to buy the whole thing. They sent me a new one fee of charge.We tried another brand and it was very flimsy.This one is sturdy and makes workout fun!

I'm pretty disappointed that I spent almost $30 on this. It's not worth it. I would return it but I can't get to a post office and it's too much hassle. It's a nice product but cheap. It wasn't as weighted as I thought it would be and was hard to use although that's probably because of the weight. The foam wasn't thick enough and ripped the first day I had it. The connecting pieces were a little hard to get in. If it had been half the price I'd say it was worth it but for $30 I expected better. I do love the colors.

Very excited to get my hoop! It was super easy to put together. I got started right away and it is very easy to manage. This is such a great, low impact activity as I have multiple joint and back issues. This definitely forces you to tighten your core and it feels great! Just be sure to give yourself plenty of room!

This hula hoop is very sturdy and easy to assemble. However I weigh a 250 pounds and I cannot get it to stay up on me. It’s kind of frustrating so at this time it’s over up against the wall haven’t used it or try to use shall I say in almost 2 months. Not sure if it’s my technique Or the product Hoping to try again until I’m able to master it.

The hoola hoop was easy to assemble, it's not hard to use however, the core sliders had no instructions included. No idea what they do & what possible dance or exercise routines might be involved. I will check on line and try to find some info.

This was very easy to put together, and at the same time very sturdy. Me and my kids have already had a hula hoop contest. I admit, my skills with the hoop aren't quite as good as they used to be. Great thing, however, now I can get in shape while training to beat them next time!
