Audio jack volume cannot be changed. It’s viewed as HDMI audio, not its own driver.
Unit gets quite hot when connected to multiple devices. HUGE bug: when you plug in headphones to the audio jack, you can’t change volume because for some reason it’s piggy backed to the HDMI audio, and not it’s own driver, even if no HDMI cable is plugged in. The computer still sees the audio out as HDMI, and will not be able to control the volume. If you cannot change the volume of the audio jack, that makes this device essentially useless. It’s either a bug, or lazy engineering.

GARBAGE: HDMI output died after unplugging the USB-C connector the first time!
Well, it worked for a few hours until i had to unplug my laptop to run to a meeting. When I came back and plugged it in, the HDMI signal had died and I had to plug the HDMI cable directly into my laptop!!!! Reboot did not work. toggling display options did not work... the external monitor was not sensed and the monitor did not sense the laptop signal.GARBAGE!!!!P.S. And now I also see that the USB port I was using for my webcam also has failed. GARBAGE!!!PPS. forgot to mention that the unit made a soft high pitched noise when I plugged it in... just enough to be horribly annoying.

One hub to connect them all
There's not that many hub that has both VGA and HDMI connection. This is one of them. Most of my work laptops only have HDMI output, which is great if you have a HDMI connection available when presenting. However, most of the projectors in our institution still utilize VGA and this is very painstaking. I love how the VGA is available on this hub. I tested both VGA and HDMI (pictures included) and they both work without issues such as lag. Plenty of USB ports and the USB-C port also allowed charging in as well in order not to take up precious ports on the computer.Headphone jack works as well. No drivers needed (on latest windows 10 laptop). All in all, a great hub for audio/video connection, USB 3.0/2.0, and others.

Some things worked...some things didn't
How well it "works" depends on what USB Type C alt mode your USB C port will do. You can find this in the Laptop documentation (supposedly...) (and note that when using both the VGA and HDMI ports, it will duplicate the screen not extend).I got it for a Dell Latitude 5590 laptop. The USB Type C port on it can be "One Display Port over USB Type C" according to the laptop manual. What worked:-USB keyboard-USB mouse-USB Extender cableWhat didn't work:-HDMI TV-VGA Monitor-1/8" Audio cableUnfortunately when I plugged this YEMO in and connected an HDMI TV and a VGA monitor neither of them were detected by the laptop. Before attempting to use the USB C hub, both the HDMI TV and the VGA monitor were plugged into the laptop ports and detected. So the TV, Monitor, and associated cords worked. However when they were connected through the USB C hub, the laptop did not detect either monitor.

Amazing! And all you need for Mac
I hated my brand new MacBook for so long the dongle system really turned me off from using my laptop and I am a creative. How am I supposed to use my laptop when every time I connect a dongle the wifi connection goes off it also did it when I put in my external hard drive, my mic and so on leaving me screwed I just stopped the creative stuff like podcasts, youtube, design, writing and so on well now that's all changed. With this attachment using the new shitty dongle book is AWESOME! No more not being able to stream amazon, no more wifi cutting out. I used another dongle attachment the first year and it was HORRIBLE This is everything you need and more. Thank goodness for this product and the fact that it was 39.99 is amazing far cheaper and more efficient than apple dongle products. Do not hesitate to buy this. It has 3 -4 USB ports which is a huge plus for me I can plug in everything and produce high quality content. THANK YOU!!!

Fast & Compact
I'm so happy to simplify the clutter of wires on my desk, thanks to the YEMO 11-in-1 Type C Adapter Dock. I have a Dell Latitude 7390 2-in-1 laptop, powered by a Type C cable. I used to plug each peripheral in separately: the 1/8" stereo jack (for external speakers), a USB SD card reader (for my camera's memory cards), and my 4TB hard drive (for external storage). Not only did that take time, but I still operated on 50Mbps WiFi in my home office. With the YEMO, I can plug in all of my peripherals *and* a CAT 8 ethernet cable. Now, when I sit down at my desk and open my laptop, I just plug the single YEMO plug into the Type C port of the laptop and I'm ready to work. I have screaming-fast internet speeds of 500Mbps and the peripherals zip through the Type 3 USB ports. Set-up time is 90% faster and I no longer have to wait for big files to transfer from my external drive or the Internet. Well worth the price!
