Seriously great! Steve has done a fantastic job in creating a simplistic plan that is good & easy to follow. I've been recommending this plan to all my friends and family. I'm not one to cook ever, and am pretty busy between work, kids sports, and running, but this food, and the simplicity of the recipes has me cooking! The clean up is simple with just one pan, and the portion sizes are perfect. If your a guy looking to trim down, you need this product.

These products work! Taken together as directed (Lean 180 weight loss plan) they are key to my weight loss. Excess weight, especially in the midsection, has been an issue for me, and with these products I have found a way to help myself! The products definitely go together; all are important, including the exercises, and with this plan I have been able to control my appetite and lost weight. Highly recommended!!

It worked for about a week. But I think that was I not because I was pretty much starving myself. This has mostly protein building ingredients and not very many vitamins. In my opinion, that is not good for someone who wants to take of fat, not build more muscle.

I did not get great results from this product as I did from other weight loss programs. I gave it four stars though because I did not have any negative side effects from this package. There were no shakes after taking and of the supplements. I also though the vanilla flavor protein mix was absolutely delicious. I made a smoothie using the protein mix and it tasted better than ice cream.

The quick slim kit is very effective. The whole plan together is easy and effective. The burn gives me great energy. The cleanse worked well without any issues. The blend is a great source of protein and tastes like a milkshake! Overall, I could not be happier with a diet plan and really liked the exercise portion. I can do the workout while traveling or don't want to go to the gym while at home. Liked said, if you want results, this is your product.

Joe is my husband, he has been using this system for about a week now.On Joey’s first day taking lean 180 burn he told me he could notice it was working right away. This must have been because of all the active fat burners inside of this one little pill. The thermogenesis works incredibly well. He said he could actually feel it heating up his body. You’re supposed to take these veggie caps 2 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon for a boost of energy. When he takes his morning veggie capsules they are able to wake him up and get him ready to go. Taking the one in the afternoon just gives him the extra kick he needs to make it through the day. When taking lean 180 burn you should increase your water intake, simply because you are sweating more.Lean 180 shakes are actually pretty good. Joe has tried the chocolate flavor and he thought it was a great tasting shake. No chalky aftertaste. He would drink one once a day in the morning about 45 minutes after taking his first dose of lean 180 burn. Using it as a meal replacement shake. He works from 6am-2:30 and usually is starving by his lunch, but since he started the shake in the mornings he has found he can even eat a light lunch and feel comfortable with it.Lean 180 cleanse is an extremely powerful cleanse. Joe was taking one of these capsules once daily right before bed. The time of day you use this cleanse is important because it does work well. You will need to use the bathroom shortly after, so do not take these at times when you know you will not have time to be doing that sort of thing.Overall my husband really likes this weight loss system. It does work he has lost 8 pounds already! That was just in the first 7 days. All of the components work very well.
