I did not find the book helpful because it has no photos or diagrams, just words. How can you have an exercise book without photos or diagrams? How can a book without any illustrations get positive reviews? There are so many ways to use wrong positions that can hurt your back and knees. You gotta see the right positions when learning any new exercise routine. There are many books that do a better job, avoid this one.Ali Julia review

Booty Boot Camp
Here’s a book advertised for women but being a male, I found it just as interesting and informative. I mean, guys would like to show off a tight booty as well right? After the requisite caution to stay away from sugars and processed foods, the author Linda Westwood launches into diet and exercise to firm and tone both legs and butt. I like how she presents seven minutes of exercises. We all can handle that right? What’s seven minutes out of our busy 24 hour day?The whole idea is to train at a harder level for a shorter amount of time, that way you’ll get much faster results. There are recipes included in the book that will aid you in the exercises, which are not that easy, let me tell you. They are hard but only working on them for seven minutes, the idea is that you can do it. First you do one week’s worth of Beginner, things like Step Ups, followed by an Intermediate week of exercises like Jump Squats, and for the third week, you’ll do Advanced with exercises like Single-Leg Wall Lunges.It’ll work if you do it.

Simple and straightforward
I’m an experienced exerciser but have been slacking lately, I wanted a structured plan to get back on track. The exercises are clear and straightforward and easy to follow. I’m doing this routine in addition to a 30 day arm challenge and separate abs challenge. I gave it 4 stars because I think it should include pictures of each exercise as well as stretches specific to each day. I will update my review with results after 30 days

Good for toning up with a decent workout program
Bought this for my wife just for fun but she has enjoyed reading it. The book basically gives you a 21 day workout program with various different exercises to perform. Whilst performing these daily exercises the author also gives you lots of handy tips and diet tricks to supplement the workout. The book is well written and the workout content of the book is categorised in to handy sections so as to not overwhelm a beginner.In summary the book is great for anyone looking to tone up, the author also has other great books on the same diet / health related topic that seems to supplement this book in an effective way.

I really love reading this book because of how it caters about ...
I really love reading this book because of how it caters about helping me to lose weight and tone my butt and legs. Reading this really enjoys me a lot while learning new things. I am so thankful to have this book because it doesn't only change my butt and legs but it helped me to changed as a whole. In more or less 3 weeks, I have seen great changes with my body.

Exercise tips with dietary information
It is arear exercise that only afew go for, but it is important too. These workouts are designed for an at-home environment, But they can be done wherever you feel most comfortable. That could be in the backyard, at a local park, or even in a hotel room. Unlike some workout books, this one provides dietary information needed by your body. However its down side is that the Imagery illustrations are not provided.

REWARDING BOOK FOR YOUR BUTT AND LEGS !!
This wonderful fun rewarding in RESULTS BOOK !!! WORKS LIKE A CHARM ! a simple read... with straight forward descriptions on the how do of firming your butt and legs. Two problem areas for me. I saw a difference within a week ! I highly recommend this book to anyone who struggles with the same issue. because of this book ... I no longer find toning my body a job ... BUT FUN NOW! thanks linda. I am giving you 5 stars ! ITS A MUST BUY !

Great Guide to Shape Up
I have always had trouble shaping my backside. I tried everything! It's just one of those areas that never seems to shape up. I love all the ideas that this book has though! Some I have tried before and others are new. I'm going to start implementing some of the techniques into my workout and I'm positive that it will have an effect and help me start shaping my butt the way I want to. Never would have thought I would find this info in an ebook. Recommended!

Here we go again. Yet another book written with large text and wide line spacing - normal font size and line spacing would mean it's about 20 pages long. Don't bother; save your money.

This book showed me how to boost my weight loss
For years I'm trying to lose weight and I hoped I could find some exercises in this book which could help me. This book showed me how to boost my weight loss by eating well and doing some effective workouts. The best part of the book is describing what to eat, what to avoid and the 5 easy breakfasts, 5 lunches and 5 dinners recipes. I enjoyed the book.
