This magnificent buttery soft and aged French cheese is heavenly. Goes well with fruit or hummus or just with Everything crackers and a salad.

I LOVE bourgogne cheese. Very decadent. My favorite version is when they add truffles-- I rarely use butter/margarine and prefer this as my spread staple if I need something creamy. A few olives, glass of wine-- good hearty whole grain farm style sourdough or rye crackers and some nuts!

Creamy, tangy, deliciousness
This cheese is so soft, creamy, and good. It has a definite tang and sharpness unlike some of the better-known triple cream cheeses like Andres, and that is a huge plus to me. If you like a more bland cheese, you probably won't like this.
