Yes- as long as I had a separate hot plate if I was using a frying pan. This is definitely a good deal for the price, but you can only use 2 small saucepans at the same time, or MAYBE 1 small and one medium small saucepan. Anything bigger and the pots are too big to sit side by side on the burners, and one hangs off. We did manage to use one large skillet using both burners under it to brown ground beef and it worked, but almost half the pan had no heat. Still- solid product!
