I received only one cup, not two.
Maybe I misunderstood but I really thought they were going to send me 2 cups, one X-small and one small. I only received X-small one and it feels quite firm and thick, which I like. I would love to keep it but it’s a bit too small. If they send me a small size, I won’t be returning it.

Double box only came with one cup!
I ordered this thinking it was an amazing price for the Hello cup, which is usually quite expensive. It arrived with only one cup, I contacted the seller but haven’t received anything back from them. I’ve triple checked and everything on my order says double box.I did need the product that I ordered so I used it. I have used quite a few different cups, this one wasn’t a good fit for me unfortunately. It leaks more than my others so it will not be my new go-to. I have had better experiences with Meluna (which is my daily go-to/can’t live without), femme cycle (the suction is intense but it never ever leaks even on my heaviest and most active day), and June cup (I prefer their firm mini). Salt has much better customer service, but they also don’t fit my anatomy. It’s always an experiment to see if a new cup suits you, this one isn’t for me.

Im still debating......
Im really not sure if I like this or not....so its an interesting concept...but I tell you not easy to get in and out...the nobby thing kinda pokes out the bottom, which isnt all that comfortable....and its like WW2 when trying to remove that sucker. It doesnt leak, and is great to wear for sports/ running/ soccer etc. and gives piece of mind on heavy days doubled with a pad....but the getting in and out thing, still kinda creepy.

Prefer over Diva Cup
I've had 4 children and am 34. So I've been using the Diva Cup model 2 (as recommended) and hated it. Seemed large, couldn't get it to be comfortable no matter what I tried. Switched to softcups for a while and those were a lot nicer. When my 12 year old started menstruating she said she wanted to try a cup so I bought this set. (Xs and S/M).I tried the S/M and love it. It does fill quickly as my flow is heavy but its much more comfortable than the diva cup was. No uncomfortable pressure. Easy to insert and remove.Note: I'm petite, have had it mentioned that my "birth canal" is narrow, and do my keels, so that may play into why the S/M fits better. My daughter hasn't been brave enough to try it yet, but I'll update when she does!

JUST BUY IT
I LOVE THIS!! I’m 19 and never gone through childbirth and the extra small was perfect for me. They are so comfortable and easy to use. I had never used a cup before so it took a couple tries to get it in place, but once it’s in, you can barely feel it. I have An iud now and I’m super scared to use it, so I can’t use it anymore. Wish they made discs🙏🙏

Try it!
Worked great, I'm not going back to tampons! It takes a few tries and some googling to understand how to put it in but it's easy once you get the hang of it. And I'm happy not to create so much trash every time I get my period.

Uncomfortable
I purchased this based on the company's website as they reported it is very comfortable, however both sizes were very uncomfortable for me. The plastic is very thick so it doesn't seem to mould to your body very well and is more difficult to remove and insert than other brands.
