Review: Financially economy and jobs done. - Value for money and do the job very well.
Review: Good first Pultec clone. - I work in a studio and purchased the EQP-KT for my personal setup, the Pultec tube EQ is what the EQP is based on. Reasonable sounding device, does it compare to the OG? Close. However, it does shape sound in a similar fashion, including the Pultec trick. Build quality is doesn't compare to the OG, of course, and feels a bit plastic-y, but is multiples lower in cost. I will eventually upgrade this device, but I suspect that I will hold onto it for a few years before I do. Decent enough value for the money to fit into my rack, one could do much worse.
