I've been on a strict keto diet for medical reasons for the past 4 years, and I've tried all forms of electrolyte supplementation, from off-the-shelf to mix-your-own. LMNT has, by far, the best product on the market. Expensive, but worth it. I've mixed my own with salt, magnesium and potassium but I never get the mix quite right and the flavor just isn't there. As a result my intake of electrolytes is inconsistent. With LMNT I'm sure to get the right amount and I really look forward to it. My favorite is to mix the raw with bone broth when I want something warm. The raspberry and citrus are awesome when blended with ice and sugar-free low-carb pea milk or almond milk (some hemp hearts and it's practically a meal). Great product!

OMG! This is a great product! I have been on a keto diet since 2017, and keto people know how important your daily electrolyte intake is. It’s been a challenge for me adding Sodium salt and potassium salt to my water and drinking it all day! LMNT is a game changer! It is tasty, it has the best amount of sodium, potassium, and magnesium compared to other electrolyte packets that I was taking before. Citrus salt is my favorite flavor, now I actually look forward to drinking my water, no more bitter, salty salt water!My only recommendation is adding a packet to more than 16 oz of water (recommended by the company); I add a packet to my 32 oz water bottle and I sip on it all day.So glad to have found this amazing delicious product! Totally worth it!

This stuff works really well when you're fasting/working hard in the sun and definitely low on sodium. The convenience of them is fantastic and they dissolve very well in cold water. I personally need a lot of water to dilute it to a less hardcore flavor, but it tastes great when diluted and put in ice water and so it's great to sip on throughout the hours. HOWEVER, the cost of these things is absurd. This is the most expensive salt packet (average 3x to 5x the cost per packet [~$1.60 ea] versus others) I've ever bought and I'm not sure if I'll continue with much of any purchases after this. I might have a few on hand for a long hike as they do stay good over long periods of time, but definitely not making this the standard.

I rarely write a review but just had to for this product. I have been drinking lots of water just like the "experts" say you should and have been feeling worse over time. I was up several times during the night to use the bathroom even though I stopped drinking water at 4pm. After doing some research I came to the conclusion I had seriously messed up my body's electrolytes. My skin was so dry on my face and body and I was tired all of the time. I decided to try this product and I am not lying I saw results the first night. No more getting up during the night....fantastic!! I mix a pouch with 32 oz of water and sip on it through out the day and that is it no more water than that. The citrus tastes like lemonade, I used the plain to make a cup of coffee and did not notice much of a difference and the raspberry tastes divine. My trips to the bathroom have decreased and my skin is not nearly as dry. I will buy the large assorted package next, I highly recommend this product!!!!

This stuff is amazing! So much easier than mixing powders together and then trying to make it taste tolerable. And this is the first electrolyte product I've come across that actually contains enough electrolytes to be worth buying. Even the packaging is well done... it's quite sturdy so you can throw it in your bag without worry, but it tears open so easily! I think I like the citrus salt and the raspberry equally; both are very good. And the raw unflavored is great with some Mio flavoring added.

I love how convenient the little packets are and the taste is great. Salty AF for obvious reasons, but it really is nice to have exactly what you need pre-mixed and ready to go. I do keto and these are honestly keto flu saviors! I used to carry a bouillon cube in my coat pocket (gross, I know!) just in case I felt light headed, dizzy, or got a headache but these are my new (way less disgusting) go-to. Definitely recommend!

Good product WAY overpriced for the amount you get.You can easily can something similar in a larger amount. Also at least if you get a plastic container you can recycleverses the plastic pouch it comes in.

I've had to climb mountains for hunts in the past and it previously kicked my ass. Water upon water didn't help so I introduced electrolyte powder from other companies. The others' flavors weren't great, they ended up gritty, and just generally wasn't pleasant.I tried LMNT this past trip and now am a true believer. The flavors are fantastic, they dissolve easily, and most importantly, I honestly believe that the formula just works better than any other I've tried. I've used it after heavy workout, normally which would crush me for the rest of the day, and notice that I've got a better and more immediate recovery whenever I use LMNT.5/5, will absolutely get again. It's a bit pricy for regular use, but for event-based or competition-based requirements, it is my new go-to.
