Not firm
It’s really pretty and comfy. A couple things, it’s not nearly as firm as it looks in the pic. Because of this, it can be used as a large body pillow or a shared pillow if you desire. I kind of wish it sat higher also it reaches my shoulder blades when I lean against it

Fabulous pillow!
Finally received this pillow! It's a great quality and very soft/fluffy. The with size would work perfectly for a twin size bed, so for my queen, I will need to get another one. Very happy with my purchase and definitely recommend!

Falling Apart
We've had it for 2 weeks and it's falling apart! It's not very firm either. I wouldn't buy this.

Much narrower than expected
Length is good, but narrow / less deep than anticipated or expected, sadly will not really work for the college dorm bed as a reading pillow or headboard
