Emeril Lagasse Everyday Recipes for the Power AirFryer 360

I HAD EXPECTED THE RECIPES TO BE MORE COMMON AND SIMPLE, LIKE MOST PEOPLE COOK. THE "EVERYDAY" RECIPES IN THIS BOOK ARE MORE INVOLVED THAN THAT. I HAVE FOUND THAT IF I PUT THE FOOD IN THE OVEN AND THEN TURN IT ON, THE OVEN MUST HEAT FIRST, THEN BEGIN THE TIMING, AND THE FOOD HAS ALREADY BEGUN TO COOK. THE FOOD IS TYPICALLY OVERDONE. THE BOOK'S INSTRUTIONS STATE THAT THE OVEN HEATING TIME IS INCLUDED IN THE TIMING CALCULATION, BUT I HAVE NOT FOUND THIS TO BE TRUE.

This Air Fryer Toaster Oven cookbook is THE BEST for everyday meals. It is very informative and well organized. Also, the pictures of the food will give you a good sense of what your finished recipe will look like. I now have 4 air fryer toaster oven cookbooks and Emeril's is the absolute best!

Wonderful fresh new recipes, easy to follow instructions, no off the wall ingredients that are difficult to find. Beautifully photographed to illustrate the completed dish. I really like and enjoy using this book.

Excellent product, cooking times varies from cookbook instructions. I suggest monitoring and adjusting accordingly. The results will please you. An example, the fried chicken took much longer to cook, but turned out excellent. The fries, take shorter time.

I love this book. I use parts of the recipes to adapt them with my seasonings. I make notes in the book as to time and temp to use for our tastes. The power air fryer is fantastic. I love it so much!!!

Most of his recipes are not to our taste. The details are great!

Great book but should come with the 360 AirFryer

Good for getting some basic recipes. It works well with my air fryer that I especially like.
