I use this band in my Pilates class and for weights workouts at home. It's perfect. The verity of exercises is limitless. The resistance range (mine is the orange 15-35 lbs) is excellent for different types of workouts and its long length allows you to work on both legs or both arms without the need to readjust it. It comes with a little black case which makes the portability and storage super easy and comfortable.This is a very good product. Better quality and much cheaper than those I saw in the sporting goods stores. I definitely recommend it to others.

I got this for my boys who are just now enjoying working out. They are pretty good at pull ups and "kipping" but needed a little help. Showed them how to use it and other ways to use the band. They said it works great and I should order more. (I personally would order the blue or the black cause I am horrible at pull ups. I like soft hands, is that so wrong). If you are looking for more support to help with pullups, make sure to click on the right color/weight support range. This band is extremely good quality and a great value. It doesn't have an odd smell and it comes with a nice mesh carrying bag and rubber bands to keep it folded nicely. I will definitely be buying the other strengths from this seller!

I bought the Orange band and got it in a nice reusable zip plastic bag.I use this band with a variety of exercises for my back, shoulders and chest. It feels of a fine quality and not that kind of bands that will change it's form or tear.It also comes with a nice carry bag which is really useful for travel or for training outdoor. Love it!

Got it super fast (2 days) and surprised to find a nice bag for carrying it around and for storage (see the photo).The band is in great quality & will add to any exercise routine because it gives you enough variety to get a good workout.It isn't the cheap exercise band you often see. No rubber smell.LOVE it!

These exercise bands are the best !they come with a little storage bag and I love the colors.At first i thought i would need the stronger model, but these are actually a perfect fit and an amazing addition to my daily exercise.I highly recommend these.
