Visual Call Alert-Bluetooth Wireless-Gold

You would think in this day and age with electronic devices for most everything, that someone would make a decent device for a visual signal for cell phone rings. I used to have a battery operated one from Radio Shack that cost me about $10 and worked for several years. This Trellie thing is not worth the money at all. Instead of it being something simple like the old one I had, you have to pair your phone with it. Each time I moved my phone away from it, I would have to check the pairing because it refused to re-pair itself when I returned my phone to my purse. I discovered this one day when I had missed several important phone calls. There is a huge missed target market here since women's cell phones are often buried deep in their purses making the ringer hard to hear. Someone needs to make one that really works.

Upside: The Trellie works incredibly well doing everything that we need. My wife is legally deaf and the unit helps a lot when she is in a crowded area.Downside: The unit is not very durable as the unit falls apart whenever it is banged around. If you've ever watched a person sling their purse around the Trellie will hit things.We now have to order another. Will use some Velcro to secure the unit.

Feels Cheap. Is Cheap. Nice idea, but poor execution. Frequently loses bluetooth connection. Not reliable indicator for calls. So what's the point? As good as watches, speakers, and headsets have gotten using bluetooth connections, you would think an item like this would work better. Will try to find something else for my wife to notify her of cell calls when her phone is in her purse.

Who ever thought of this gadget must have talked to my husband before. I carry quite a few things in my purse and my cell phone seems to always work its way to the bottom. If I'm shopping the noise in the stores drown out the ringing of my phone and I have missed many calls from him and others. This Trellie is perfect for me. I've had many people ask me what that blinking thing is hanging on my purse and after I explain it to them their next question is "where can I get one". People are excited about this, especially women, and so am I. I am a walking advertisement for Trellie. Love Love Love it.

Great idea,when it works!It's a pain to have to link it every time you want to use it.Also,the battery cover comes loose and off,frequently.Batteries are not tight and fall out.I would not buy this device again.It's also overpriced,20$ would be too much!

When you are in a meeting and have to put your phone on silent this product will let you know there is a phone call that is coming through without disturbing the rest of the group. This is important when you really need to get an important call. Recommended by Drippler.

Love my Trellie......really works well.....just remember to turn off when/if you turn off your phone....saves battery! Don't miss anymore calls.

The batteries supplied with the product needed to be replaced one month in. Two months in, the chain broke making the product unusable. Basically the product is not robust and cannot handle the knocks that a typical woman's handbag is exposed to.
