Can’t even ring a door bell?
I ordered this for my Gran for an early birthday present and I was shocked to see that it hadn’t been delivered. As soon as I saw I rang her up to make sure she was in. And of course she was home she can’t go anywhere she doesn’t drive and she’s in her 80s she’s not going for a walk anywhere anytime soon. There was not enough done to deliver the parcel, they didn’t even ring the door bell. With this whole virus going around I wanted to do something nice for my gran and now luckily my uncle is willing to go and get it for her but by not their job properly she now has added problems
