Fine cameras, terrible app
The cameras are good for the price, they're really just fine. At night, when my mom walks the dog they both look like ghosts though. As if they're morphing into several locations at once. It's kind of creepy and I'm wondering if an intruder ever showed up if we'd even be able to see defining details, or just blurred motion. However, I could overlook that problem at first because of the price. What really dropped my rating was the terrible "AISEE" app. The layout is great, but it constantly sends motion detection notifications. Even when the alarm is on its lowest possible setting! I'll get notifications all day (every few seconds to every 4-5 minutes) of screenshots that show nothing happening, yet there are no screenshots from when I walk my dog right in front of the camera in the middle of the day. Just recently I set the front yard camera on the "High" motion detection setting, and the back yard camera on "Low" to see if there was a difference. There is none, both the high and low settings produce the same amount of nonsense notifications. It's really a shame because I spent a lot of time installing these cameras just to find out there's no way for me to fix the issues we're having with the app. We got these so we could be notified of any real motion outside. But the alerts are so frequent that I had to turn them off so really there's no point. Please fix the app!

BUYING FEEDBACK****SELLER AWARDS PRODUCTS FOR GOOD RATINGS WITH PICTURE OF 5 STAR****
They may be good cameras but, i didn't stick around long enough to find out. I returned them as soon as i opened it and found out that you can get a free camera for 5 star feedback (but the seller decides if your feedback is worthy of free device). So no guarantees! Some have complained they didn't get the free camera. I just have an issue with company's/sellers that try and buy their feedback. It is very misleading to customers like myself, that rely on customer reviews. I cannot trust a company that does this practice. So, now feedback online will hold less power for my decisions. Tip #1 You need to ask questions before you buy. Like are they giving you something for positive feedback? Tip #2 you MUST find out (before you buy) what the name of the app is that you have to use for any cameras and do some research! Amazon needs to find a way to fix this. Most of the highly rated cameras have terrible apps and they are buying the feedback. Some are good but, you have to ask. A few android apps I came across were (danale) app terrible, (wd) app is terrible, (ip pro) 3.4 is decent (yccplus365) 4.3 best rated, (camihi) is good 3.7. Look in previous questions or in details of the product for the app they use or just simply ask! I really hope this helps all of you the next time you see something on amazon that is highly rated and you question why? Now you know!

Setup was the most discombobolated I have ever experienced, to the point of being non-functional.
That's quite a statement considering that I have installed various makes of cameras over the years. The instructions are not only convoluted and make no sense but extremely hard to read and menus don't seem to follow the app menus. I tried going through routines that I knew other cameras required but nothing worked, on either camera! Even the red light that is supposed to flash when powered-up did not work but messages from the camera itself confirmed it was on.There is no QR code to scan and then their app refused to accept their ID number. Trying to connect by frequency failed, as well as employing workarounds. At one point, a dialogue box said my user name and password were too long! Huh? 15 characters? And the same message came up, after all "special" characters were removed. Wifi would not complete, nor would Cat 6 network cabling. The ball mount has no tightening adjustment so if it ever loosens your going to have a tough time keeping it pointed in the direction you want. I suppose you could duct tape it in place if no one ever saw it. About the app, I read in other reviews that the app is not good, and indeed it is not. I will be returning.

Don't buy!
Had to return them. Would not stay on line even with 2.4 ghz.I have packaged them back up to return and my Internet is still messed up. I uninstalled the app because, within about 8 hrs, someone attempted a sign in to one of my online accounts. Changed passwords to be safe.Dont purchase Chinese electronics!! Suspicious!

These cameras are crap
I bought these cameras as a Christmas present for my dad, didn't realize they require plug in and he doesn't have outside outlets so I took them and put them up at my house. The motion detection sucks - even on low it goes off every few seconds and is pointless. I bought 2 and one of the antennas broke when installing and I can't even get that one to connect to WiFi. If you do anything with your WiFi or internet network, you have to uninstall and reinstall the camera - PITA. I just changed my WiFi password and now my camera is offline and I have to get the ladder out (AGAIN) and all that crap just to put it back online. When I inserted the SD cards, same issue - that's why I say AGAIN. The FAQ and support are also useless. Don't waste your money on these ones. I'm sure there are better products out there.

Not reliable
After having this product for a year I can say that for the most part it doesn’t work properly. My cameras have been offline for 2 weeks and I haven’t received good support to get them back online. I have asked for telephone customer service to assist, but told that it isn’t offered. Typically, email doesn’t work for technical issues unless they are very basic in nature. Also, when the cameras were online the images were choppy and granular when individuals were within sight so if someone were to try to break in the house the camera wouldn’t be able to identify.

Great security cameras!
I bought five of these total after trying a couple out first. The hardware is great because all five have worked since the beginning of the year. The software application could be better like with viewing and downloading video snippets so they can be played on regular video players. I also bought the baby monitor version that can be moved up/down and left/right just by sliding your finger around on the screen. It is indoor only but worked great in a window facing my front yard. They did add mulit-camera view on one screen finally!
