I've tried other brands with higher scores, only to learn they did nothing for me. Ever. This brand, i could feel kick in within 30 minutes. I have 2 traumatic brain injuries and this was a huge help in recovering from both.I had to take a break from it for a couple months but i'm back on it. I look forward to restarting it's benefits for helping me rewire my brain. It's a huge help in restarting dreaming and boosting my glycinate magnesium.My last couple blood tests show i am severely lacking magnesium after a stroke. The times i was taking this, i definitely was doing better at rehab. The other magtein brands i used revealed they didn't work as i declining. I'm back to already improving.So sorry for trying a different brand!

I was looking for a product with Magnesium L-Threonate when I found this brand. What a bonus that it had 3 forms of Magnesium! Magnesium Threonate helps with memory issues due to aging, which I am dealing with. I really like the product, but unfortunately it is not available on Amazon for me to reorder right now. Hoping that it is available soon so I can continue using it.

I tried one month of Magtein for free through a different manufacturer. This is the ONLY supplement that actually improves my chronic migraines. It also doesn't give me any digestion issues like other kinds! Which is the only reason I still purchase it--this is expensive! ONE daily serving is three capsules, and its recommended that you take two servings per day (AM/PM). So really, this one bottle is not a month supply, but 20 days. I cheat and stretch every bottle out to last me the full calendar month.I have also noticed a marked decline in muscle twitches & chocolate cravings. My naturopath told me both of those can signal a magnesium deficiency, so he was not surprised. News to me!

I use topical magnesium oil, pico/ionic magnesium and magnesium malate. Magnesium malate keeps me regular especially if taken with meals. The pico/ionic is fully absorbable and presumably is used by the 300-500 enzyme reactions where magnesium is needed. None of the above provide any sleep relief. Received SmartMag Magtein, yesterday. Last night took 1 capsule and had the best nights sleep in ages. I read in other reviews about the sleep quality, so decided to give it a try because I have extreme difficulty falling and staying asleep. I will add SmartMag Magtein to my daily routine for sleep.

I've tried a couple different supplements in the past and was never happy with them. I decided to give these a try and I'm happy I did! They really help me recover from a workout and keep me moving the rest of my day without cramping when I sit in the office. Also pretty pumped my sleep quality improved, too. And if you're use to supplements the pill size isn't an issue at all. Same size most supplements are and a little smaller than prenatals!

Great quality supplement with three different types of high-quality, effective magnesium. I find that magnesium helps me with stress levels and migraines, so I take it regularly. I have found though that after talking this specific product I have had an easier time falling asleep and have been able to sleep much better though the night. I just with this was a little more affordable to Buy every month or that they had a higher subscribe and save discount.

I’ve enjoyed it so Far. I am taking with other supplements to improve my overall health and gut health. I just started taking so I will need to have more time to see how it works. But so far so good. I’m improving and feelBetter each day.

This is the best Magnesium with three different of high quality efficient magnesium that reduce stress and promote better sleep. I have tried a couple different brands but the quality of this is the best. I highly recommend.
