1 X 10 oz "Hello Kitty" Thermos - Mug

My product came but it was all dirty at the bottom of rubber part and even along the top rubber part. It wasn't packaged well at all either. I'm surprised they didn't fall out of the package. Very disappointed.

I love this thermos because it keeps the water cold for long periods of time. It is super cute and who doesn't love hello kitty?! the only complaint I have is that it is a completely different picture than what was posted for sale. However, it's still hello kitty so that was the only saving grace. Next time, please use the picture of the actual product, and not something similar

This is not exactly what I ordered but still cute and my daughter likes it. So I guess it's a keeper. Minus one star for not sending what I ordered.
