So far so good
I have only used this to curl and have had some really good success. I typically use a straightener but it would strain my wrist trying to twist it all around. The twisted plates on this really help. I got the technique down pretty easily.I did 4/5 stars because I was hoping this would be quick and easy compared to a curling iron. But the instructions specifically state to go slow (and if you feel like you’re going too slow, go even slower). In that case, it’s not going to be quicker like I hoped.Updated to add the second picture showing day 2 of “curls.” Works well to add some wavy texture the next day.

I absolutely love my new 2 in 1 curling iron
This product is great. This is a hair straightener but yet you can also use it as a hair curling iron. I love the fact they don’t need one of each. C is my storage space in the bathroom. This is so easy to use. Why do you decide to use us as a curling iron my curls sticks and last all day long. Easy to stay in place. Easy to design my hair several different ways with only one product. Good quality. Great price

Won't turn on, have to send it back
The item has to be returned because it shows only the word OFF when plugged in and no matter what I have tried following the instructions, it won't turn on to heat up so I have no way to determine if it does great hair. I bought it for a photo shoot and had to do a completely different hairstyle on the spot so the shoot didn't come out as it should have. I'll give them one more try to replace it with one that works properly.

Great multi use hair utensil
I have used traditional curing irons for years, never can hold the curl for than a couple hours. This was a game changer! I have used it several times and have the accomplished a beautiful beach wave curl, without hairspray, and it last 10 hours! I’m amazed and addicted to this curling iron and straightener. It takes no longer than 15 minutes to get those loose beach waves and last the whole day. Definitely worth the money!

Amazing!
My husband bought me this for Christmas because I have been begging for the TYME brand one. This works so good and leaves me with super straight hair and beautiful curls! I’m not really a pro on the curling part but it’s pretty easy to use. I really love this one!

Not made for all types of hair...
Doesn't work very well for course hair the heat doesn't stay consistent. It may curl one curl and you'll have to wait about 30sec...and then curl☹️

Stays hot even when turned off
Styler stays hot even when turned off. Luckily I was in the same room and could smell the iron still hot inside it’s rubber sleeve after I turned it off and walked away.

I love this item.
Doesn’t curl as well as I’d like, but am excellent straightener. Totally worth the money. I use it daily.
