Great with minor annoyances!
I took a chance despite these reviews and ordered -- chance worth taking, mine arrived completely frozen! They were actually overnighted and arrived in a very large cooler that was very cold, even in this heat (84°, 64% humidity currently...) with plenty of dry ice still left in the bottom. What I received were 4 big legs total, 2 each in a total of 2 packages. I appreciate this very much as we're also having t-bones tonight and only intended to eat half, so this way I was able to pop one in the fridge to defrost and the other into the freezer for another time. I am confident these will be good, and I'm so happy we opted to get them. Just a few issues I have that knocked down one star: - They is not one claw, despite that being pictured. I naturally assumed within 2 pounds of legs, there would at least be 1 claw, which would also be fair for price paid. Speaking of price... - I was disappointed to discover how upcharged this exact item is here on Amazon from the actual LobsterGram website. Over there, 2lbs. is around $100, and you can opt to add a third lb. for only $37 more. So, for what was paid, I could have received 3 total lbs. And saved a few bucks. That's just simply disappointing. - Lastly, as someone else mentioned, these are not Alaskan; it is indicated here, but that is clearly false advertising as the packages say "Product of Russia". I guess I don't care all that much, but truly, people should know what they're getting ahead of time when they spend this much money.I am still pleased overall with this delivery and am looking forward to King Crab tonight!

Late/Defrosted
Arrived warm & VERY defrosted. I was unable to eat them. They were so thawed out that the entire container was wet & leaking.

They delivered without anything to keep my item cool
This product was delivered to me without dry ice. It was very hot when I opened the package

crab was 75 degrees and there was zero coolant
Hot crab! no dry ice probably for days. Trashed it immediately. It gets zero stars. delivered late.
