I absolutely love this sofa. I was really hesitant to purchase a sofa online from some seemingly random seller, but I just decided to take a chance. I had seen similar designs on like O stock, but at a much higher price point. For me the color was also very important as I have pets and can't have a light colored anything, but didn't want black either. The ash grey is perfect and has a mixed linen look so it hides things well.As other reviewers have noted the cushions are very firm. I prefer that personally as with time they will likely soften up and my back appreciates the support over curving my spine in awkward angles as I get swallowed by overly soft cushions. The only downside is that the seat cushions are one sided and velcro'd to the base. It does make sure your cushions won't ever slide off which is nice, but I personally like to be able to flip them. This isn't a high backed sofa, but still comes up plenty high to support the back unless you are a giant then maybe not.The height makes it perfect to spread your arms out on the back comfortably. Assembly only required screwing in the legs by hand which takes all off a minute to do. I have gotten several compliments on the sofa already and I think it looks like a more expensive piece than it is. For the price point, classy design, and color it's pretty much unbeatable.

This couch is perfect for what I needed. It is not soft but NOT uncomfortable. However, if you're looking for a couch to sink into this is probably not the one for you. With that said, DO NOT LOOK PASSED THIS COUCH just because it is not soft. My girlfriend and I binge watch TV on this couch for hours and honestly it is comfortable. We are college students and decided to rent our own place so we did not want to spend a lot of money on a couch (we split it so it was a pretty good deal). Also, for the money, the couch definitely looks a lot more expensive than it actually is. The only thing I do not like is that sometimes it makes creaky noises. It does not creak all the time but if you're jumping around on it, just remember it is not a $5,000 couch. Overall, I give this couch a 4-star rating cause it is comfortable, nice looking, and definitely worth the money. I would definitely buy this couch again.Pros:- Looks good- Relatively comfortable- Good for the price- Good and comfortable back support- The back of the couch is finished so you do not have to put it against a wall (for us that was important)Cons:- Not as sturdy as it looks online, but definitely not cheap either- The seat cushions are not that soft but they do soften with use- Seat cushions are not flippable because they have velcro so they do not slip (the fact that the cushions do not slip however is a PLUS)~Definitely consider this couch~

I ordered two couches. I was nervous as it was my first time to purchase couches online and having never sat on therm. I felt like the few reviews written were helpful. It is true, the cushions are firm. I would say very firm, but not so firm that people won't sit down. Just firm enough when they sit for the the first time they might make a comment about it being a wee bit firm. The firmness doesn't bother me and doesn't appear to both our 4 kiddos as they lounge all over our new couches. The best thing is they are BEAUTIFUL!!! The look exactly like the picture. Whenever someone comes over they always comment on the couches. I bought pillows for the couches but I don't like to use them b/c the cover up the couch and you can't see how beautiful they are. Shipping was easy, though they used two separate shipping companies to deliver, thought that was strange. One look like it had a hard trip but the only damage was the black lining on the underneath of the couch was ripped. I contacted the seller and they credited my account for the damage. The other couch delivered with no damage. I would definitely recommend these couches.

Beautiful couch. We received this in a timely manner, it arrived undamaged and the shipper we had helped bring the box inside even though it was listed as curbside delivery, so that was cool. We chose not to put the legs on since we have cats and don't need them to either a) hide tons of things under the couch or b) attack our feet while we sit at it. So I have nothing to say about how well they fit in, or how high the couch is with them affixed. There are a lot of comments talking about how this couch is uncomfortable, but to be honest it has loosened up a bit after just a couple weeks of use so I'm inclined to believe that these reviews were made without actually using the couch. Overall its a beautiful photoshoot couch as well a comfortable couch to use.

We have had this sofa for over a whole year. I love a sturdy sofa, especially an economical one! Definitely worth the money you invest in, and it upholds my standard of a creatively designed furniture piece.

Shipping guy was old and bitter and expected me to help him... For the $200 shipping I paid he showed up after item never arrived and I had to call the shipping company in California, with a dog in his Penske truck and a toothpick in his mouth and because it was my own item I did end up helping him. The sofa itself is beautiful, a little firm but just how I like it. Beautiful grey depths of color.

This couch looks great in our sitting room. Was easy to install the legs and the color is exactly as pictured. The cushions are extremely firm which I what I wanted for this room. However, if you are looking for a couch to lounge on and watch movies this probably would not be a good choice
