Worth a shot
I ordered myself and my daughter a customized necklace from Hacool and overall I was pleased. When I first got them both in the mail, I was immediately pleased with my daughters because her name was clearly structured. Although it wasn't as precise as the photos advertised, it was doable for the price paid and didn't have so much of a cheap look to it. Now my first necklace on the other hand was terrible. As you can see from the photos the T looked like an F. I was ready to give a bad review until I came across the card that came with the necklace, that read to contact them with concerns if you weren't satisfied before writing a negative review. I took that into consideration as they must be willing to refund or replace the necklace if dissa

IM IN LOVE WITH THIS , the necklace doesnt feel cheap or look cheap so its definitly a good buy shipping took a little while like 5 days after earliest expected day so a little over a month but it is coming from china and the seller is very quick to respond and customer friendly. Will definitly be ordering again and sharing with friends and family

Purchased for my daughter, she has asked for one since I recieved mine a few months ago. Fast shipping and receiving. Package came in perfect condition. Comes with a black bag to place necklace in when not in use, along with a cleaning cloth and an additional plastic bag to put necklace in , in black bag. Name was spelled correctly. I did order the smaller chain length because it's for my small child. Fits her perfectly. She's beyond happy and hasn't taken it off since she recieved it. She wears it constantly with no affects to her skin or necklace, it's still as shiny as the day she recieved it. Seeing her happy makes me happy. Worth every dime. Recommends product and seller!
