I can't assess how long it will last, but it appears well made. I haven't systematically tested its 4K transmission. It's good for connecting your TV to your smartphone. If you want to connect a camera, however, you likely don't want the USB-C; get an adapter for a micro HDMI to HDMI instead.

I paid 12$ for this product.I want my money back.It has conflicts with mac computers.Do not buy it.

This cable stopped working within 3 weeks of normal use. I ended up replacing it.
