Both the fork and knife have a comfortable grip and balanced weight. Knife blade is sharp, cutting easily. Fork is sturdy and easy to hold large items when carving. And the lined box is well connected for storage between use.

I was dubious ordering because this was inexpensive compared to German/Swiss name brand knives.But I already have some really good knives, but needed a longer knife for cutting up the Thanksgiving Turkey and my Yule Prime Rib -- so far, this set has performed GREAT. Very satisfied. It's nice and heavy, I had no trouble carving a 16 lb turkey, I'll soon be using on an 8 lb prime rib for Yule. Highly recommend this set. Ergonomically they hold in my smaller female hands very well, nice heft, yet able to manipulate to carve out the breast of the turkey to slice up for serving. The fork is VERY hefty and helps stabilise your roasts - some forks are whimpy, this is not. This would also make a great gift IMO.

Knife is very sharp and is excellent for grilling hibachi items.

I enjoy doing Teppanyaki style meals on my griddle and wanted a "sharp" knife and fork set. Although a little larger that need it works great for what I need. It does have a nice edge.

Great set, purchased for thanksgiving and worked well above expectations. Sliced turkey with ease and made a beautiful spread for my guests. Although only immediate family due to pandemic. look forward to many uses over the years. Very sturdy construction and nice storage
