Sturdy
Nicely built from quality materials and at a great price. Sturdy. My only complaint is it requires a Philips head screwdriver to open for cleaning. I would have preferred a tool-less opening, but I supposed it does keep the young more safe from raccoons and cats that could accidently snag the usual turn pin. Overall I am very happy with purchase and will likely purchase more once our Eastern bluebirds give it their approval.

Wish birdhouses had hardware and or pre-drilled holes for hanging

No Way to Open for Cleaning
The bottom doesn't have screws but staples. It took me ome modification to make this cleanable, but it is sturdy.
