I was skeptical about dry aging and putting Ann expensive piece of meat into one of these bags. However the results were amazing. For some reason my order contained 6 bags instead of the 4 as advertised & I used everyone of them up. Just to write this report. These bags produced the best tasting ribeye steaks that I've ever had in my life. The longest aged steaks were aged 88 days, but really optimal results were achieved at day 45 & yes I would buy again.
