ALIGNMED Posture Shirt 2.0 - Zipper - Womens

I didn't really want to pay this much, but it's worth every penny. This shirt makes me feel good. I have chronic muscle tightness in my back and find this to be a major pain reliever. Who knew my posture was the problem? I ordered just a bit smaller than I expected based on the guidelines that suggested the snugger the better. The tightness is the reason it works so well on my sore back. Don't order too large.

I like the tight fit (bought a small). It has hooks along the bottom 2-3" to get you started. Once those are hooked, it is easy to pull up the zipper. I find the arms uncomfortable so far, but am getting used to them. It is not so tight that you are forced into an straight posture, but it is pretty tight. I don't feel like eating as much when I wear it!(If you wear anything under it, that undergarment will be pressed very tightly into your skin. Bra's become uncomfortable by the end of the day.)

Great shirt. I’ve had intelliskin shirts in the past and the quality is comparable. I ordered a small in this shirt but probably would have been fine ordering a medium as well since the chest is a little snug. I’m a 32DD size 2 and it’s not painful but the support is similar to a high impact sports bra at this size.I’m a pretty straightforward medium in intelliskin shirts so this one is slightly larger.This is helping my back and shoulders and I’m happy I purchased. You’re meant to feel a bit of a tug for it to be working - so I think some reviewers may have benefitted from ordering a smaller size if they are complaining it was loose.

My physical therapist suggested I try this shirt to keep my shoulders back and decrease the impingement on my rotator cuff. It seems to be working after wearing it each day for a week. I started with a few hours and increased it one day to 12+ hours. I do not wear to exercise classes because it makes me warm and haven't worn it to bed. I bought a medium zipped up front version. With my shoulder, I'd never be able to get the pullover off. I am 5'7", 130 lbs. and 36B bra. If I wore a larger bra cup/size, I'd consider a large since it's snug across the chest.

This item was recommended by the occupational therapist to help with posture following DIEP Flap reconstruction surgery. Although I had my doubts as to the support being built into the shirt, it actually has helped with my posture. It fit as expected. Did wash it upon receipt as there was a strong smell, but must have been manufacturing or packaging related as it has gone away. I wear this over a compression camisole, instead of directly like a shirt. Makes a bit tighter, but given where I am in the process and don't want to have to launder after each wearing, I wear it like a jacket than as a shirt. It works for me. I can recommend this item for this purpose.

This is the 2nd Posture Shirt for me...often I sleep in it...it really helps with posture and keeps my back from aching...My Ortho approves of these...I recently had a shoulder replacement and this has been a life saver...worth every $$$

As someone with "loose joints" and an allergy to most kinesiotapes, I am thrilled with my Alignmed Zip Posture Shirt (womens XL). The length is a bit long on me at 5'2", but that extra length actually provides additional hip support for me. I find that this shirt allows me to do a little more on days when my thoracic spine and surrounding muscles are weak or inflamed.

This shirt is awesome. My physical therapist recommended it. I am having some severe issues with shoulder and neck pain that created poor posture - this shirt corrects my posture and eliminates the pain. I work at a computer all day and it has enabled me to work without creating tension at the back of my neck. HIGHLY recommend this. I did not have any issues with the zipper or the hooks to close the shirt. Worth every penny to me and I will probably order a second shirt.
