This case seems well made. It has the look and feel of leather. The stitching seems well done. I expect that it will take a reasonable amount of wear and tear. The design is convenient for access ether horizontally or vertically. There are, however some issues that the buyer should consider before purchase. The flaps are kept closed by magnets. Although effective, they are not foolproof. I had one epi-pen drop when getting out of my car because the flap opened by rubbing against the seat. The pouch will hold two epi-pens, but with no room to spare. The clip that comes with them won't fit. The pouch connects to a belt by means of a strong leather covered clip. However, like the flaps it is not foolproof. It can slide off of the belt if rubbed against something. I would have preferred a belt loop also be included that would not let the pouch drop off. If you are careful where you place the pouch all should be fine. But if you often brush against objects be aware that you could lose your life-saving medicine. I dropped one star for the use of magnets instead of stronger clasps. I dropper a second star for the lack of a belt loop and its vulnerability to being dislodged from the belt.
