Came packaged with some of the product dried on the outside of bottle like someone had used a little bit of it. Also had a paper label partially ripped off of it which caused it to look used. Package seemed full however. I did use ane it seems to work nicely.

After using it, my face felt so smooth & fresh! My skin color on my face was also more even. No redness!
