This has been one of the best purchases I’ve made online. This was a gift for my 6 year old daughter as a birthday present. Since it was ordered amidst the pandemic/quarantine I messaged the seller to be sure it would arrive in time. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a quick reply that it could be shipped almost immediately and should arrive in time. The package arrived quickly to my home and was well packaged and insulated. The unit itself was manufactured in China and although instructions were English, they were a bit too technical for me and I needed help making the game easier for my daughter. A second time i reached out to the seller and received a quick easy to follow instruction to adjust settings. I’m happy to say it worked and we could not be happier with the unit. After reviewing many others we went with this one based on the quality and authenticity of the unit compared to the less expensive “toy” crane machines. I’m so glad we went with this and will most certainly have it for many years to come!!!

This product is so awesome! It's sturdy, easy to use, works well, and pretty much all the settings can be changed!The music did not work but the company was very willing to work with us to get it figured out. It took several emails but they sent us pictures, instructions, etc. Until we were able to figure it out.Highly recommend!

Best Christmas gift! Our kids LOVE playing this at D&B- but sadly with covid we haven’t been able to go! This literally lights up, plays music and they have played non stop! Originally arrived with shattered glass but seller responded quickly and sent a new one- no issues! We have had smaller versions of claw machines- size of a desktop but this is soo much better! It can sit on a small table(not huge) but mighty and fun! Highly recommend for kids or big kids who love claw machines! Although smaller than one at a arcade, it works really well and the claw is legit! We purchased small stuffed animals (about ping pong ball size) and even filled with individual candy - think Halloween size! We are glad we requested a new one- worth the wait! And every penny!!!

This is a real claw machine!!! When I received it started working right away. Very easy to setup and you will enjoy a very good time with the game. It is set on 1 coin 1 play for default and plays music. If you are familiar with crane machines it plays the showtime claw machine music by default. You will enjoy this and if you get it for your kids they will enjoy it too. Very fast support if you need help on this crane as well. Overall me and my family love it.

Came with a broken mirror on arrival but their fast support helped me on everything, including technical aspects. Though I wish it came with rubber tips and had a more advanced motherboard (can’t clear audit unless I reset from factory). Rest assured, this is a great machine to start with (it includes no tokens, but it accepts local coins!).
