Disconnects often & No Customer Service
This product disconnects frequently from the WiFi and there is no way for inserting a memory card. I have tried several times but it does not seem to function correctly. Further, I have tried numerous times to contact customer service and have yet to hear a response. Would NOT recommend this product at all!

Does the job
This gadget works good. It took awhile for me to get it connected so patience is important. Cannot get sound to record and sometimes misses sending alert notifications. Instructions are in Chinese so not sure on app features.

does not work as a charger
it says the usb camera will also charge via USB and i've tried multiple outlets and multiple charging cords and none worked. camera is ok, night vision is worthless, its just pitch black. the camera also has a light that just randomly come on out of two conspicuous holes in the side, there is an option on the app to turn it off but sometimes it will just pop on. set up is a little complicated but i got it working within 10 - 15 minutes of playing around with it.

The worst
Not a good device. Can not connect to my phone unless I'm near it. Audio is horrible. Picture is not clear at all. I do not recommend buying this device at all.

It’s waste of time and money
This product is fake and it’s waste of money and time. I just got it and was delivered 12/2/2019. It didn’t work it didn’t read the WiFi name and it’s chaos.

Connected direct to phone successfully one time, never through WiFi. Waste of time and effort.
