I have found this book really useful. I am using it during my Social Studies Method class for my credential program and it is super easy to read! It very easy to understand and has a lot of new strategies for teaching social studies to elementary students. Most of the books I read in my classes make things super complicated, but this one is short and sweet!

A superb source for any History Teacher looking to get students more engaged and add variation to the classroom, all while still managing to elevate those skills required by students to succeed on both standardized tests and thinking critically about historical topics in the real world.
