Great value, works as expected, easy to operate, well packaged.

It's too easy to hit the "calibrate" button when wanting to hit the power button.DO NOT turn the meter upside down and attempt to flush with water. It is not sealed and the water will get into the electronics.

The instructions were clear, and it's super easy to use. I ended up switching to a Ph balanced nutrient system, but when I needed to test before, it was very accurate, and made feeding my plants much faster & easier

you must recalibrate almost after every single use for this to be accurate after just a few uses this became very inaccurate up to .5 off if you arent going to spend the money on a fancy ph pen and dont want to calibrate constantly i suggest getting the ph tester liquids

I have spent considerable money over the years for some very expensive pH meters that did not even function nearly as well as this one. It absolutely MUST be calibrated, solutions are included to do so and I highly recommend doing it. After that it has performed perfectly and for the price, I could not be more satisfied.

** IF IT DOSENT SAY WATERPROOF , RUN **I bought 1 of these and it broke 2 days later from getting wet , i bought another one since there cheap, same thing a week later , then i smartened up and did some research and bought one hat was and said waterproof, no problems since . A PH meter does better waterproof, imagine that

It also comes with battery already so no problem going out to look for the battery to operate it.The only thing I didn't like is it came uncalibrated and I need to calibrate it first. -- I found out becaus ei have another one of these from another website and their readings are different. After calibrating, I found out this one is the one that is not calibrated.

When we tested a known solution, 5% acidity white vinegar, it performed within the expected range of accuracy. The ONLY drawback to this item is its lack of waterproof housing. We bought this item to replace the first meter we had bought. I will be posting a separate review on the yoyomax soil test meter.Please make a waterproof housing for a device designed to test liquids and moisture.
