Product as described. Each pad has a thin border of adhesive assuring that pads adhere to the skin. I actually wanted a soft flexible pad to line hard plastic/rubber molded eye shields for extra protection against LED lights used in a skin treatment. With a little trimming these pads fit my needs perfectly.
