I needed a yoga strap for home use and thought it would be nice to get one with the extra loops although haven't used that kind before. This is well made and looks like it will hold up long term. It's made from seat belt type material. I did not expect the item to be quite so bulky having never used it before so I was very glad that it fits back into the provided nylon bag. It doesn't roll up nicely so I kind of fold and stuff. I ordered the green since it was less expensive but now I'm thinking a few extra dollars to have a more relaxing color might have been worth it... The green isn't a bad color - it's just not my favorite and very bright.

Well PT actually. I purchased this strap to assist with calf stretches as part of an injury recovery program. It has worked wonderfully and exactly as I need it to. The multiple segments make this much easier to use than a standard yoga mat strap and I feel that I have more control with this than I do a towel. The travel bag is nice but I could have done without it.I am happy with my purchase and 1. would repurchase if I were ever to lose this one and 2. would recommend to a friend looking for this type of product.

I like that it is very durable. It is just like what my physical therapist uses.

Great quality, not like a resistance band that stretches, so you have full control of the pull and resistance for stretching. Great colors, great quality in the stitching, and convenient travel pouch. Just what I needed!

The best thing about this strap is the multi-loop. This enables you to put your feet or hands in the appropriate loop for your stretch. It also helps you to visually ‘mark’ your progress! Highly recommend this - durable and very effective!!

I found out about the stretch strap thru physical therapy. This item was the best part of my physical therapy. I purchased two (one for home and one to take on vacation). Allows me to continue with what I learned in physical therapy. I can stretch better on my own without it now, but I still use it when I do a stretch that I am trying for the first time and to slowly work my way into the new stretch (needing assistance).

I've only had this for a short period of time, but it's as good as the one used by my physical therapist. The multi-loop aspect helps with gripping the strap for various stretches, and I've used mine not only to stretch my foot during exercises for plantar fasciitis, but also to stretch out my hips, shoulders, arms, and so forth.Equally good for physical therapy as for yoga stretches, and it comes in an accompanying bag that helps keep it clean and organised.Good purchase.

I wasn’t sure about this product because I’ve never had one like it. It is AMAZING!! It is very sturdy and so versatile. It also includes 12 different stretches with instructions. Genius design. I love it!
