Convenient, Beneficial, and Delightful Taste
I have been making my own water kefir for some time now, and I recently began using Yemoos Dried Authentic Water Kefir Grains. I am thoroughly impressed with both the convenience and the quality of these grains. As someone who values both health and practicality, I was pleased to find that this product allows me to easily craft a fermented beverage at home without any complexity. The instructions are clear, and the process of rehydrating and fermenting the grains is remarkably simple. Within a short period, I have a batch of refreshing, lightly tangy water kefir. The taste is pleasant and subtle—lightly sweet with just the right balance of flavor, making it an ideal alternative to sugary, store-bought drinks. What stands out to me most, however, is the profound impact it has had on my gut health. As I’ve learned over the years, maintaining a healthy digestive system is essential for overall well-being, and I’ve noticed a clear improvement since incorporating water kefir into my routine. The probiotics in the kefir seem to have enhanced my digestion and overall sense of balance, which has been an incredibly welcome benefit.I also appreciate that Yemoos offers a product that is vegan and dairy-free, aligning with my dietary preferences while still providing significant health benefits. I’ve found it to be a nourishing, natural choice for maintaining a healthy gut microbiome. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Yemoos Dried Authentic Water Kefir Grains to anyone looking for a convenient, effective, and enjoyable way to improve gut health. It has truly enriched my wellness routine, and I will continue to use it regularly.

Great Water Kefir Grains . . . making many batches . . .
I have made water kefir off and on over the past 5 years. I have never purchased dehydrated water kefir grains previously. However, I felt that the company was reputable when I researched them — so I gave it a try. I attempt to follow the instructions for rehydration closely. I lacked some of the brown sugars so added a tsp of molasses with my organic cane sugar. I was so pleased with the results!! Since rehydrating, I have been making 1/2gal batches of water kefir successfully with 1/2c organic cane sugar and 2 tsp molasses added to 1/2-1/3cup of live kefir grains. I keep my jar covered in a warm area (70-75F) for optimal carbonation. These are probably the best water kefir grains I've had!

EXTREMELY VIABLE STRAIN OF KIFER GRAINS!
The media could not be loaded. Was able to do 2nd fermentation after 2nd feeding. Second fermentation was Black Tea. We are now on our 3rd fermentation with Lemons. Our grains (who we named "SASSY") have grown 300% now after only their 3rd feeding. That's definitely a great strain of Life cultures. We use white sugar, spring water, a dash of Trace Mineral Drops and Blackstrap Molasses. We are weaning Sassy off the Molasses while increasing the Trace Mineral Drops a drop at a time (feeding). We should have clear vibrant grains in a few weeks. One should know that 2nd fermentations can be with any fruit you choose. Yes, we even do pineapple! My lady likes it when I do my second fermentation in green Coconut water, sugar and fresh pineapple chunks. It makes the best virgin Pina Colada fizz she says. Beware of the amount of sugar though. Too much at a feeding will surely be a death sentence for your grains. Progressive amounts of sugar through 2nd and 3rd fermentations will increase the alcohol percentage but, too much will sacrifice the best flavor. I've been lacto fermentating, wine making, and feeding, Friendship Bread as well as SF Sourdough starter for years. I lost my grains when an unexpected emergency took me away for too long. Now, thanks to this seller, I'm back in the game! The video is our 2nd fermentation of the KIFER water (first was Black Tea and second is Lemons). The photo is our KIFER grains in action while on their 3rd feeding.

Ready to use after one “feeding”
Followed the package directions and “fed” with 3 tablespoons sucanat and 3 tablespoons table sugar in 4 cups of water for two days (approximately 70 degrees in my house). Discarded this. Repeated. Strained the kefir grains out and mixed the kefir water with 1 cup fruit juice. After two days in sealed bottles we had super fizzy “soda”. I was very surprised how quickly these grains activated and were usable and I definitely can recommend them.

The packaging does not state the crystals need to be refrigerted and used in 24 hours
There is nothing on the package to refrigerate when the product was received. Nor, did it state I should make the water kefir withing 245 hours. A week after I received the crystals I read the instructions on the package called the "quick guide." It said: Read the full guide on the website, use a dark sugar such as rapadura or sucanat? Okay. So, I went on the website, which said to refrigerate upon receipt of the crystals and make within 24 hours. Those instructions were not on the package, so I left it sitting out. I contacted the company and they acted like it was no big deal. Well, it's a big deal or it isn't a big deal. There is a little drawing of a crystal standing on a box and the ballon says: "Hi! We are living and eager to settle in our new home. Please follow the guide on the back for how to care for us." If the crystals are "living" and they need to be refigerated upon arrival and used in 24 hours the put it on the package in big, bold letters. WHAT A CONCEPT!!!!

Water Kefir will changes your life and help reduce your Glucose, Type II Diabetics
The media could not be loaded. These water kefir seeds are great. Ive been using since December 2024 and my water is fermenting in less than 6 hours. I feed them 1/2 tablespoon of molasses after 5-6 batches in order for the seeds to get the minerals they need. I also put a sliced tangerine for the acidic properties.. Once your seeds rehydrate you can add fruit or herbs eg., basil, thyme, cilantro...ENJOY🫶🏽

They’re ok
They seemed to rehydrate nicely but I never could get the flavor to what I wanted it to be.
