I researched sea moss before buying this..this seems like good quality..very dry..no fishy taste and not covered in salt crystals..has a light, faint sea smell. I only wish I knew how it was grown..wild or not..wild has more minerals as it is grown on rocks..any tampering in the growth process by man lowers the nutritional value--even some being touted as wild crafted are grown on ropes so it really isn't as nature intended it.. a little goes a long way once hydrated. I guess time will tell if this is authentically grown based on the health benefits..very impressed so far with the quality based on sight.

I use this on my face daily. I soak the sea moss in spring water" then place it in a blender along with some spring water. This makes it turn into a gel. I keep it stored in the refrigerator. I use sea moss on my face, forehead and neck to keep my skin tight. It works. Now it can be a bit itchy but I put aloe vera on my face after I wash the sea moss off. My daughter likes putting it on her eye lashes. Her eye lashes have really extended.

Very potent! I added this to my smoothies and it took it up to another level. I will definitely be purchasing again.
