The grip broke within the first 24 hours of use, and I initiated the product return process a few days later. There are two different grips inside the packaging: 1) the grip with an enhanced design and; 2) a traditional pop socket like grip. My review pertains only to the enhanced grip as I didn't unpackage the traditional grip at all.Pros;I love this product’s design: 1) Being able to slide a finger between the two discs instead of gripping it like a pop socket - is a brilliant design and comfortable for my arthritic hands/fingers.. 2) I like that if you want or need to grip it that way, you can. This versatility is one of the product’s strengths. 3) Finally, the adhesive on the base disc is excellent. I usually have to superglue pop sockets to my case, but I did not have to do that with this product.Cons:The product appears to be pretty sturdy, but it’s not; mine broke within 24 hours even though I made a conscious effort to be careful. Well, that’s not entirely accurate; both of the discs are solid; e.g., 1) the base disc that is secured to the phone and, 2) the disc at the opposite point. It’s the plastic folding arms and joints that are problematic.The folding mechanic is really stiff, so you have to mindful of this when you are collapsing the grip. You can’t just push it down like a pop socket when you want to collapse it; you have to push down at an angle to collapse one side and then the other side. A lot of strain gets put on the thin plastic joints that connect the base disc to the second plastic disc; and it breaks because the plastic pieces just aren’t sturdy enough.It would be an amazing product if they could resolve this issue; I would definitely use it over a pop socket if that happened.

Didn't even get the chance to use this the way a phone stand should be used. I had never seen this type of stand before and thought it seemed like it would be more sturdy, yet similar, to the other types of stands I've used previously. I was wrong. I got it and didn't realize it had to be placed a certain way because it doesn't rotate (guess I was thinking it would be more similar to the ring stand).I cleaned and dried off my phone case to place to try stand and the adhesive stuck very well. Too well, actually. Because I didn't see other instructions on how to actually place this type of stand, I didn't contact the seller and thought hey, let's try to peel it up as it says in the description and I'll just reposition! That did NOT happen. I'm very much impressed with the strength of the adhesive, but having to remove the stand that had adhesive making it seem like the stand was just a part of the case was ROUGH. I had just bought a new phone case and it came a day or so before the stand. It was sparkly and new, so maybe that's why the adhesive stuck like super glue to it. Anyway, I tried multiple different approaches to remove it, had another person try, then attempted to pry it up with a butter knife (BAD idea.. there was not enough space between the case and the stand, just gouged my new case). I ended up using a straight razor and finally got it off! Adhesive no longer usable and phone case gouged and cut up from my fail.I really wanted to try to reposition the stand because I liked the idea, but no store around me had just the adhesive needed, and I didn't feel like ordering 20 circular adhesive pieces because I just needed one.Needless to say, I just bought another popsocket and that stand is sitting in a drawer, never having actually been used 🥴

I purchased this for my sister. She said it doesn’t allow her phone to stand alone. She’s not completely happy with it. She told me, “It’s OK.”

I've been through 2 in two months. It breaks and there is no way to glue together or else it won't bend.

The product was GREAT for one day...then, I pick it up and the actual stand part just pops right off. The adhesive part was stuck on so tight I had to pry it off, so I guess that's good, but the part I actually NEED just broke right off when I picked it up. I'm pretty disappointed because this thing was awesome.

My nephew was super excited when he got this. Package came with two instead of one which is amazing. Second one was plain but that's alright. Amazing value for your buck

The Phone Holder works just great.

It was great for a month until it just snapped off in my hand. The sticky part is stuck to my case. Glad I didn't stick it directly to my phone. Any idea on how to remove it from the case would be helpful.
