I got this last year after Christmas when my old press had broken. At my own fault I did not use it until this week when I wanted to make Christmas cookies. Literally one cookie in the metal tracks got bent and could not be made to work again. I’m so disappointed and frustrated that this press is made sooooo cheaply.
