Hiheart Girls Warm Snowsuit Hooded Ski Jacket + Pants 2 Pcs Set

I'm so disappointed in the quality of this product. For what I paid for it, I should have just gone with ll bean or lands end quality snow pants and ski jacket. We live in Maine. My 7 year old daughter has recess outside in the snow daily and skis 2x per week. Her ski pants have ripped several times in the knees and her zipper broke off during sledding. She is not a crazy playing child. I'm so disappointed and bummed. She picked out this combination for the pattern and colors so I was hoping after what we paid it would hold up for 1 winter.

J went against my better judgment and thought I would take a chance. Super mixed reviews. Either love or hate this item. I would rather just exchange the item but of course there is a very small window for that. 30 days seems a little short but maybe that's just me. I wouldn't have made a poor review if I was able to handle a return with the company directly. Unable to do so. Hopefully they reach out??

We love the material and how easy it is to clean this coat. It fits great and keeps my daughter so warm she was even able to brave the below zero temperatures the Midwest was hit with yesterday. My grandmother even offered to buy her another one because it fits so great and keeps her so cozy. Love it!

We got these for our annual ski trip, and I couldn't have been more pleased. They had all the features of a more expensive brand I rented in previous years. Great warmth, snow guards on jacket and pants, and all the appropriate pockets. It ran a little large, so we will get more than one year of use out of it. Great purchase!

Buttons already coming off after wearing five times.Just purchased and as you can see in the pictures the buttons are already detaching. Not a good value if something only lasts for a few days.Very disappointed and want this resolved.

Very cute and well detailed but second day out a seam on the knee unraveled. I hope it is an isolated issue and not that all the thread is bad.

This outfit is great and has exceeded our expectations. Skiing in very cold weather and the outfit is doing great.Our daughter stands out and is very easy to spot coming down the slopes. She has also gotten a ton of compliments on the color as well. Would recommend, and in fact already have. Sister is purchasing one as well.
