Amazing value for 5,000IU Vitamin D3 in Olive Oil
First, let me start by saying that I have been taking Vitamin D3 daily for over a year now because I work a job that requires me to be in doors more than I would like. I've definitely noticed that when I take it, I have more energy and a general sense of wellbeing.I always take 5,000 IU andI find that to be sufficient. I know that doing over the recommended dose weirds some people out, but I have had 3 blood tests and all of them have been good.The most unique aspect of this D3 is that its mixed with olive oil as the carrier oil which I have only ever seen one other time in a supplement that cost twice as much for less IU.The soft gels are the standard size and super easy to swallow.Overall, this is a crazy good value for 250 soft gels and the quality seems to be truly great. I will for sure be buying this over and over in the future.I was given a discount for testing and reviewing this supplement. Having said that, all the views expressed above are my own and I was not in anyway required to give a good review. This is simply a wonderful product and I would recommend it to anyone!

A whole dose in ONE capsule!
One of the first things that jumped out at me about this particular Vitamin D supplement was that one capsule is 5000 IU. Most come in 1000 or 3000. I have a vitamin D deficiency for which I have received a prescription for 5000 IU of Vitamin D a day combined with a calcium supplement. I can't fill the prescription because my insurance won't cover it and I can't afford to pay over $60 a month out of pocket. This will supply me for over 8 months for a fraction of the cost while I can use Tums or some other calcium source to supplement it. This is seriously saving money, and I only have to take one capsule a day!As you can see in the picture, the capsules is tiny, so it's very easy to swallow. I'm all of 5'3", so my hand is NOT very big. I was able to put it in my med minder with all of my other meds without a problem. I'm really glad I came across this supplement to review. Best Vitamin D supplement
I live in Oregon and there are many days of grey skies resulting in a lack of vitamin D and depression and/or seasonal affective disorder (SAD). I work in healthcare and doctors are prescribing vitamin D more and more to help combat depression and SAD. I've been taking vitamin D for a while and it definitely helps me. I was really pleased when I received this. First of all, it is 5000 IU, and from what I know, that is the most prescribed dose. The quality of this product seems very high and I actually felt a difference after taking it. I would highly recommend this product as a way of boosting their vitamin D.
