This was an interesting product. I would say that it definitely takes a few days to notice a difference. However, this absolutely improved my focus. I have always been a bit of an overachiever and tend to multitask to help balance an extremely hectic workload and educational demands. After several days of using this, however, I did notice that I was reading faster and able to complete tasks with greater efficiency. It was also easier to shift my focus without loss of efficiency. This pill is not a game changer by any means, at least for me, but I do think that it works and would be worth trying if focus or efficiency are areas that you are seeking to improve.

this is not the real thing someone trying to act like the company.The pills are not the same color as company.Becareful taking this I just got my order was dissapointed the original pills or half blue and white on other side the one i received all white capsules

Has no effect at all.

Little to no effect. I struggle with chronic fatigue and for me this product just didn't pack the punch without taking more then prescribed on the bottle which is never a good thing to have to do.
