I was concerned that the metal cage i purchased (SKYREAT) might be too thick after watching a YouTube video review that said you could only use this mic adapter with the plastic cage this camera comes with. It snaps into place perfectly! No issues at all. It also works with TRS and TRSS mics as you can see from the pics. Buy it and the SKYREAT cage, it works! Review: Works well - I added this to my Osmo so I could plug a mic in. It works fine for that but since the mic port is on the back, not great if you want to vlog with it unless you have a separate mic mount. On the other hand, it fits perfect with case on and makes it easy to plug a USB C in the bottom. The cable never fell out while plugged in. Overall happy with the product. ## Features - A rechargeable audio adapter specially designed for Osmo Action camera, it brings a brand new voice input experience - Fully develop the audio effect of Osmo Action camera video playback, making the sound quality clearer and more effective.
