Inexpensive and does the trick
What can you say about an inexpensive universal mic clip except that if you treat it right, it seems to treat you right in return. Don't try hanging a circus act from it and you'll be fine.

Great clips
I love these clips, they are so easy to use and with the little rubber attached to it, it holds the microphone in place. I have broken several mic holders that are just the round ones because I try to make sure the mic is secure so I push it in as far as it will go and boom it breaks. I don't have to worry about that with these. I have never had a microphone slide and I can attach it as far up the microphone as I want to, to make sure it is secure. Great product at a great price. I bought several and they all just screwed onto my mic stands with no problems at all.

Four Stars
seems a little flimsy at first but it's stood up so far.

My new mic friend ....
Ok, it ain't a Shure clip - but these bad boys will take anything from a thin condenser all the way up to a SM58 with no sweat and you are not paying a Shure price. I used to turn up my nose at them - now I have at least 20 in my operation. Buy em.Tech Hint #394: Getting floor/stand rumble? Get a sheet of non skid shelf liner (Housewares) and cut a small piece for the clip. They do have small pads in them but I like to slap a bit of insurance on my sets.

Decent price for a decent product. The last one ...
Decent price for a decent product. The last one broke after a few months of intense use. It's surprising that these sort of things cost more than a couple of bucks.

Tour Grade Mic Clip
This is a great spring-closing mic clip. What I like about this type of clip in general is (if used properly) it will not scratch your mic and it makes getting the mic into and out of the clip very easy. There are some smaller and cheaper versions of this clip available, which I would not feel confident using with a heavier microphone. This model is larger and stronger, which is a good thing when you are using an expensive microphone!

From lipsticks to ice cream cones, it holds 'em all.
When we lent (and never got back) the clips that came with our Behringer C-2 mics, a pair of these clips were the perfect replacements. The jaws are lined with a grippy foam that hugs the lipstick-sized C-2s but also caresses the tapering ice cream cone body of, say, a Shure SM58 or a Samson R21 . They're compact enough to fit the case that comes with the Behringer mics and priced for the musician on a budget.

Good quality / fair price
Only time will tell, but these seem better than average. Stronger spring, rubber grips inside make for a quality piece. I have many brands of mics - it's nice not to worry about having a proper adapter, big or small, tapered or not tapered. About the only mics these don't fit are the extra large wireless - but they fit most of my standard size wireless (eg Sennheiser) just fine. For $5 you can't lose!
