How to send stereo signal from one channel to a stereo amp?

The ART TPS II has two channels. but if you mean does it run in stereo, no. One output per input. It does have balanced and unbalanced outputs. Using both at the same time may cause several issues. Noise and db level differences. You could try splitting the output with a "Y" splitter, but that may cause unwanted noise as well.

Can I power this unit with 220V ?
