The Biggest Fort Building Kit! Colossal!

We purchased this fort-building toy for our two boys (8 and 5) more than a year ago, but it remains one of their favorites today. Yes, it is expensive, but they have spent so much time with it that I still consider it a good value.The design is simple- PVC pipes of standard lengths and a bunch of wooden cubes with holes cut on each side. Add some heavy duty clips to hold your blankets and sheets in place, and voila! You have an awesome fort construction set! Why didn't I think of that? The quality of workmanship is excellent, as the kids have no problem putting together some pretty awesome structures in no time. I've lost track of the number of secret clubhouses, trains, airplanes, tunnels, etc., we've seen at our house since this extremely cool toy arrived. Highly recommended!

My kids were almost 5 & 2 when we bought this. They are now 6 & 3 and are really enjoying it more and more... Our babysitters all come up with different ideas to do with these from forts to castles to jungle gyms. The kids are so creative with it. I love how open-ended it is, and how it will grow with them, and the fact that it has a lifetime warranty is awesome so I know it will last for our twins who were just born. I'm glad we got this when we did so that we'll get the maximum number of years out of it.

My kids have not gotten to play with it yet. I inboxed it and it seems solid. I’m very upset at how dirty the pieces are upon receipt. At this price point I would expect the product to be dusted and delivered debris free. I’m going to spend 20 minutes cleaning this and finding a new box for it because there’s no way I’m letting the kids play with it as it is.

The Big Toydle Fort This was a Christmas present for our three boys (ages 2,9,15). On Christmas morning, we saved this present for last. The boys opened their other gifts and the remote control helicopter (made in China) did not work, leaving my son (9 greatly disappointed ...until the Toydle Fort was opened! All three kids were fully engaged in working with the pieces to decide how they wanted to build this fort. The ideas were endless and the options seemed so exciting for them. It was a great educational experience for our two year old to work with his brothers as a team member (helping to hand over supplies and watching the fort be constructed). It was also educational for the nine year old to construct a fort with his own hands and ideas. The fifteen year old offered ideas that the younger ones were excited to try out. As parents, we fully enjoyed the creativity this has brought to our family. We have experienced forts with little passageways, forts that were three-stories (fort-height) tall, and forts that are built like a house. Currently, the fort is set up so the boys can enjoy their past time activities while hanging out in it - it has their game system in it, art decorations hanging from the ceiling and walls, and flashlights hanging in it for nighttime sleepovers. We have truly enjoyed the Toydle Fort and would greatly recommend this product.
