Water weight gone.
I've been using this product for about 2 weeks now, and I notice water loss. My body retain water and I get bloated. The reason I know this is it is very obvious before my period. My weight right before period & after period is a big difference. This sticker regulate my body with water. I pee more during the day when I have this one....I think this is really helps.I honestly do not know about fat loss because my scale does not tell my body fat %. I don't feel that I lost any body fat. But overall, I feel lighter due to my water weight loss. I recommend for people who get bad PMS like me. I think this helps with PMS.

Does help with weight loss if you can get them to stick.
I have been using these about two weeks now. Then only problem I have is they do not stick to the abdomen well. I put some tape on them to keep them on. I don’t know if because I am watching what I eat or the patches but I can tell a difference in the fat on my stomach. Since there really hasn’t been a big Change in my diet I do believe it’s the patches.

Causes rashes and blistering!
Hard to get it to stick or stay on, and it irritates the skin, have big red blotches, bumps that I believe would turn into blisters or worse if I continue to use, so after 3 days I'm done. It's something with their glue because before I had a permanent heart monitor implant put in, I would have to where a portable one 30 days twice a year changing the electrodes every couple of days and I never had anything like this before. So I do not have over sensitive skin by any means.

They really work!
After a week using this product, I can say that my stomach feels lighter. I also feel like my appetite has decreased! I usually wear a sticker at night right before bed.

Dont do it
Once I bought this I followed all the instructions given after 3x I applying this sticker I started to notice a square shape. It began to itch like crazy. I had to go to the docs I guess this sticker had provoked an infection on my belly that i had to get treated for. I would reccomend this at all

Almost a five star if I could get it stick better- good results though
Have had a hard time getting to adhere to tummy but have noticed some difference in my belly fat. It’s only been a little over two weeks so 4 stars- better adherence would bump it to 5
