I can breathe through my nose when I wear these. I tend to breathe through my mouth and snore which has cause me many health problems, not the least of which was sleep apnea. The worst problem has been nocturia, or increased nighttime urination. I was getting up to pee sometimes every 45 minutes, which was torture. Google dry mouth and you will find articles telling how sleep apnea causes this and many other problems. When I use these nasal dilators, along with taping my mouth shut, I sleep for as long as 6 hours straight before having to get up. The interrupted sleep also caused memory problems, daytime exhaustion, fuzzy thinking, headaches and many other issues. I share all this in the hope that it may help another sufferer. I bought 2" surgical tape from Amazon for my mouth at night. I was desperate for help and these things have indeed helped my situation.

These take a little getting used to, but they really do work well.

I feel like they have helped but it would be nice to see a more thorough explanation of how to find the appropriate size for your nose. I think a diagram of how far in it should be would be helpful.

i use the large cones and they absolutely help me breathe more clearly, I don't sleep without them.

It was very easy to use, comfortable, and worked great!

Thought this would open my nose to make breathing much easier, but the plastic is too thick and restricts breathing. Probably would work if it was made from something thin and strong like stainless steel, titanium, or carbon fiber.

All different sizes to make them not fit either way. Lol

I bought nasal dilators that look just like these but were softer and not irritating to nostrils. Those were very effective - these not so, and they left my nose sore.
