I would love to give this thing 5 stars. I mean I was going to buy 3 more for other rooms in the house! It has been easy to use and exactly what I wanted. UNTIL, I see that you CANNOT BUY REPLACEMENT FILTERS ANYWHERE!Also, it has reset itself over 10 different times. It deletes the schedule I set up to turn on/off. I resets the lights (I keep the lights off) so I’ll come home from work and it is on when it shouldn’t be and the lights are changing with no oscillation (which I always keep it oscillating) - I really wanted to like this product

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I bought it for my allergy problem and dust . After a week, I noticed significantly less dust in the room and it seems that I don’t sneeze like I used to. It’s super quiet even at the highest level. I also really like the app remote control, I set schedule to turn on even on the way go home. The app is easy to use. Everything as described. The unique oscillation make the filtering more powerful. I like the beautiful style. Everything is great.

Update: I purchased this on 1/24/2020 and it has started malfunctioning on 3/13/2020. I mean, as an air purifier it was pretty much useless before but I didn't want to go through the hassle of sending it back so I stuck it in a corner of my bedroom and used it when I was home. It's been about three months now and it shuts off every 20 minutes. It's no longer even good as a night light which was its only redeeming quality before. Changing my star rating from 2 to 1 as I effectively paid $80 for a night light that lasted 3 months.=====================The Good: - It looks nice and has a relatively small footprint. - It has a setting to oscillate. - Filter is easy to install. - Has a light on the bottom that can change colors and it looks nice. - The main housing where the filter lives can swivel up and down. - It's quiet.The Bad: - It's very weak. Even on the 'Turbo' setting you can barely feel any air coming out of this unit. This has been the biggest disappointment for me. - Touch buttons. There's nothing wrong with them really I just don't care for them. - Filter Design - I think the design of the filter is easy to install but it is wasteful. There is a hard, white, plastic outer housing that is permanently attached to the filter. This means you throw it out along with the filter which I find wasteful. I don't mind throwing some things out but this piece of plastic would be easily washable and re-usable and even looks like it would be apart of the main unit, but it isn't. I don't like throwing perfectly good things in a landfill. Ideally the filter would just fit inside the plastic housing without being attached to it so I could wash and re-use it when replacing the filter inside.Overall: - I'm disappointed with what I got for the price. As I mentioned before it is definitely quiet but that is more a side effect of the fact that it barely moves any air. Even on the turbo mode when I place my hand in front of it I can barely feel any air coming out of it. This may be an OK thing to use as a supplement for a very large room where you already have a larger purifier or maybe a guest room that doesn't see a lot of traffic but I don't see it doing a very good job on its own. I think you can easily find a different machine for less money that moves/cleans more air and is still quiet. For now, this is just a glorified night light for me.

I received my TENDOMI WiFi Smart Air Purifier with True HEPA, Fan Air Purifier and immediately unboxed it. It was packaged very well and very secure. The directions were very straight forward and I had it up and running in no time !! It's hard to say if its really working at purifying the air or not but my wife and I think the air in our living room is cleaner !! The night light is a night is a nice feature with options of different colors. As for the app i went to Play Store to download it and just for the heck of it I checked the permissions. HOLY CRAP is all I can say. I will NOT be downloading the app so I can run this air purifier remotely. This app wants everything and anything that has to do with your phone and personal info. Overall the product seems to be well built and it is quiet. I would recommend it to anyone.

No replacement filters are available for this product so you will only get about 3 months of use if that depending on how often you run the machine. I purchased my first one last year and still no filters are available. The only reason I have 2 is because when I did reach out to customer service I was told the filters would be available for purchase in about 45 days so they offered a massive discount on a second unit which I took advantage of believing that the filters would be available when they said they would be. I purchased it because of the technology I 'm thinking that is how they get you to purchase. This is a very attractive feature but don't waste your money!!!

I was excited to purchase this air clean because it had WiFi and it would work with Alexa. It took over 2 months for filter replacements to become available and now they are showing as out of stock, probably because of Covid-19 and everyone freaking out and buying all that was in stock. Buying options now seem to be non-existent for the unit itself, so that says to me the "manufacture" is out of business. The mobile app is total crap too. It worked for a little while, but since I upgraded my WiFi network, I can no longer get it to pair with it. Take it from someone who can make anything electronic work, I've given up and moving on.

I wanted to like this thing but it’s terrible. Super glitchy. It shuts down on its own, randomly. Won’t turn on for a day or so. The light is not turning off. And the app is the worst one you can imagine.

I've dealt with dust allergies for my whole life and this "stay-at-home" time has just exacerbated my allergies, even with continue dusting. At last, I decided to get an air purifier. It's definitely has helped my sneezing and allergies over the week, and there is definitely less dust in my room. It runs very quiet, so no noise annoyances. Thought about buying one of the few hundred dollar ones, but this one is doing a good job at the fraction of the price.
