The Mercer M40000 Garnishing Tool Kit I purchased was for my son who is a student at Le Cordon Bleu in Austin, TX. When they arrived he was very pleased and his roommates were jealous. They arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. He has used these in class a few times and was very pleased with their performance.
