Device is not charging. How to get in touch with customer service?

*by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 14 November 2021*

I bought this brand new from Amazon. Shipment was quick and the device indeed seems to be brand new. But it is not charging. Instructions say to charge it before the first use, but charging seems to be impossible. I tried both the USB charger that arrived with light and also the compatible USB phone charger. Tried wall socket and laptop. Nothing. It seems like the charging port on the light is not working and there is no option to get in touch with support. Can you send me a new one please?

Great light, but you can’t get replacement batteries

*by M***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 October 2021*

Firstly, this light is really good. Great visibility on the darkest of country roads. However, you can’t get a second set of batteries if you need spares for cycling through the night - they’re out of stock everywhere. If this is important to you, consider another product.

    Good value and strong light

Good value and strong light, just a bit on the heavy side
